Cooking Guidance

If you don't know how to cook, don't think you have time to cook, or have been cooking for a long time with unhealthy ingredients, this plan may be the perfect option for you.  One-on-one coaching in the comfort of your kitchen with your equipment and tools allows for learning basic and/or new techniques so you have time to prepare healthy meals.

Let's eliminate some stress by eliminating from the cupboards, refrigerator, and freezer what is really not promoting good health.  This process allows for a great base to achieve success. 


Transitioning Coaching

You definitely want to make changes, but you just don't know where to begin.  Let's take it one step at a time to determine what changes can be implemented over time so you have the best possible opportunity for success.  I can bridge the gap between knowing what to do and how to implement those changes into your life!


Accountability Coaching

You've gotten to the point in your journey where you know what you need to do, but you can't get your actions to match what your head knows.  Sometimes we perform better when we know someone cares and supports us or if we know we have someone we can reach out to with questions or suggested continuing changes.  Let's work together on a regularly scheduled basis to be sure you stay where you want to be or get to the next level.
